MENATA ULANG MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI MADRASAH: STUDI EMPIRIS TENTANG ADOPSI KECERDASAN BUATAN (AI) DAN PENERIMAAN GURU

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) madrasah serta implikasinya terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan dan akurasi pengambilan keputusan pimpinan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada beberapa madrasah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang telah mengimplementasikan sistem AI dalam pengelolaan SDM. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah dan wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, serta analisis dokumentasi berupa dashboard analitik dan data log sistem AI. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi untuk mengidentifikasi pola pemanfaatan AI dalam praktik manajemen SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi AI secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi administratif melalui otomasi proses rutin dan integrasi data lintas fungsi. Selain itu, AI berkontribusi pada pengambilan keputusan SDM yang lebih akurat, objektif, dan akuntabel dengan memanfaatkan data kinerja dan kompetensi guru secara sistematis. Pemanfaatan dashboard analitik SDM terbukti semakin intensif dan berperan sentral dalam keputusan promosi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karier guru. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa AI mendorong transformasi manajemen SDM madrasah menuju pendekatan yang lebih strategis dan berbasis data, sekaligus memperkaya kajian manajemen SDM pendidikan Islam dalam konteks transformasi digital.
