The low interest of young people in continuing their education to the higher-education level, together with the persistent tendency to marry before reaching an appropriate age, are two intertwined problems found in many rural areas of Indonesia, including Bandar Kumbul Village. This article aims to describe efforts to strengthen an educated generation as the foundation for building a sakinah (harmonious) family through motivation for continuing education and strengthening of learning literacy, while also examining the impacts, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors involved. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model, supported by primary data from 25 respondents consisting of adolescents/youth, parents, and guardians spread across eight hamlets. Data were collected through a closed Likert-scale questionnaire and multiple-choice knowledge items, then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results show that all four CIPP dimensions fall into the very good category, with an overall average score of 3.63 out of a maximum of 4, equivalent to an index of 90.6 percent, while residents' understanding of education motivation and marriage law reached 94 percent, although understanding of the minimum legal marriage age under Law Number 16 of 2019 remained relatively low, with only 60 percent of respondents answering correctly. These findings indicate that strengthening continuing education contributes meaningfully to a more mature, harmonious, and religious family outlook, although understanding of family law still requires further reinforcement. This article recommends the continuation of a periodic education program based on collaboration among universities, village governments, and religious leaders, so that the results achieved do not remain a momentary accomplishment but become a habit embedded in community life
