PEMIKIRAN TOKOH PENDIDIKAN MALALA YOUSAFZAI: ANALISIS FILOSOFIS DAN RELEVANSINYA BAGI PENDIDIKAN GLOBAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara mendalam pemikiran pendidikan Malala Yousafzai, aktivis asal Pakistan yang menjadi simbol global perjuangan hak pendidikan perempuan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis sumber primer berupa autobiografi I Am Malala dan pidato internasional Malala, serta sumber sekunder berupa jurnal ilmiah terbitan 2021–2026. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Malala bertumpu pada tiga pilar: (1) pendidikan sebagai senjata melawan ekstremisme, (2) kesetaraan gender sebagai fundamen kemajuan bangsa, dan (3) filosofi literasi minimal sebagai katalisator perubahan sosial. Pemikiran ini memiliki kedalaman filosofis yang relevan bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan global, termasuk di Indonesia dalam kerangka pendidikan inklusif dan berkeadilan gender.
