Article Processing Charge

All articles published in the Journal of Community Development (JCD)  are available for free online (open access).

  To make this possible, there is an article processing fee (APC) to cover the various publishing services we provide. These costs include providing online tools for editors and writers, article creation and journal website hosting, article abstracting and indexing services, and customer service.
